Kyro Bell – AKA ‘Bobo’

As the main drummer for Hin and Co, Kyro started playing when he was two years old. He joined the group in 2017 under the guidance of Noel.

As a school colleague of Poihaakena, the two youngest members of the band are regularly found sharing and playing their favourite music of the moment! Kyro also enjoys the culinary arts and often cooks meals at home for his whānau (family).

Son of Jordan Bell (one of the founding members of the band Katchafire), Kyro is no stranger to the stage, hanging out as kids on tour with the band they naturally gravitate to the stage and loving every minute of it. His uncle Logan (lead singer of Katchafire) uncle Leon and Koro G (Grenville Bell), have been a vital part of Kyro’s influence.

Kyro has been playing professionally for the last 3 years and this is one of his many dedicated passions.

The future is bright, with the many talents that he brings to the table i.e. producing music, IT skills and not to forget being great in the kitchen!
